Our Projects

Mobile Belt Conveyor type Concrete Placer

Involved in executing projects using this premium equipment for concrete placement. Unique concept in India, this being only second machine in India. Used for mass concrete placement using a mobile belt conveyor type concrete placer.

Downward Pumping

Downward concrete placement using a unique valve system developed only for the project in Luxembourg. It involved downward concrete pumping for 300m in a water storage and pumping station. This is probably the deepest vertically downward pumping ever carried out in the world.

Tunnel Lining for Gati Hydro

Involved in tunnel lining in Sikkim. This involved concrete pumping, horizontally for 2000m to drastically improve the progress. From 5 cubic meter of concrete placement in 8 hours before we arrived, we achieved 17 cubic meters every hour and a horizontal progress of 100m every week.

Telescopic Conveyor

We developed a double conveyor economical telescopic boom for our buyer, who did not have enough budget for a regular telescopic conveyor.

Spiral Gravity Conveyor

We developed a Spiral Gravity Conveyor for a buyer to load a truck from first floor itself.

Concrete Conveyor

We supplied a jetty based conveyor for a buyer to transport concrete from land-based transit mixer trucks to barge based transit mixers.
